Anthony attend the Disney ABC Television Fellowship Panel workshop at Universal Studios and learnt a lot about screenwriting in America. Networking opportunities included meeting writers of TV shows Dexter, House, Ugly Betty, Glee, The Simpsons and many more.

Anthony Burt has moved south to Los Angeles and is working at the AFCI Movie Locations Expo in Santa Monica, representing the California Film Commission (CFC). Anthony Burt has started an internship with the Mendocino County Film Office in Fort Bragg, California. He will be helping to organise events and producer 'Fam Tours', facilitate location scouts for movie and advertisement filming in the area, manage people who want to be Extras, researching, copywriting and answering queries about films in Mendocino County. Epic Creations is commissioned by travel company Savvy Guides - working with cruise companies Thomas Cook and P&O - to develop new children's characters for travel guides aimed at young people. We are also writing adult travel guides for Europe, and humorous radio and podcast scripts for plays educating kids about travel destinations and activities.

Epic Creations is commissioned to deliver a range of special writing, PR and editing workshops for young people working on community projects across the UK's South East region. The workshops are taking place at the Neighbourhood Training Centre in Portsmouth.

Anthony Burt of Epic Creations is invited to attend the Princess Royal's visit to Leigh Park. She met people involved in the successful crime reduction project, Pride of Place. Anthony won a national Government News Network (GNN) award for his effective communications and media work on the project.
